We had originally ordered this unit from a different manufacturer but as time got on and it was already 3 weeks late with no contact, we came to the conclusion that we were being let down (the previous manufacturer have still not gotten back to us yet). Things quickly became a huge panic because we had already started taking bookings for this disco, slide combi castle. We had stopped all bookings/enquiries which were near to the units ETA and had only allowed bookings a month later in order to allow for delays etc, but nothing to this extent.
Anyway, we were recommended BOUNCE NOW by a few people when we were desperately looking for someone to save us from this worrying situation of letting our own customers down. Bounce Now UK came to the rescue with a super speedy build, they were able to create the same design which we had been advertising for almost three months, kept to a promised schedule, the quality of the inflatable is spot on and we could not be happier with the service provided!!! We were then of course able to deal with our three bookings and keeping our own level of service to our customers intact!
This unit has become extremely popular and we will definitely be coming back to BOUNCE NOW again and would advise others to take a look at what they have to offer.
